The Premiere @ Tampines

The Premiere @ Tampines made history as the first Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) development built by a private developer under the Housing & Development Board (HDB) programme. The apartments boast premium finishing and features previously available only in private condominiums, such as built-in kitchen cabinets, kitchen fittings, bathroom fittings, air-conditioning systems in bedrooms and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes.

Its large balconies and bay windows are attractive features that appeals to homebuyers. The Premiere @ Tampines drew almost 6,000 applications for its 616 units on its October 2006 launch.

The development obtained its T.O.P. in 2008.
