Parc Lumiere

Parc Lumiere is a 360-unit public housing project in Simei, developed under the Design, Build & Sell Scheme (DBSS). Parc Lumiere is the first DBSS project to put up units for sale on a novel walk-in selection basis. Overwhelming demand for the development also prompted the Group to accept buyer applications two days earlier than originally planned.
